SHBBNLS007: Provide manicure & pedicure services
This course is designed for those wishing to develop the skills and knowledge to begin a career in the nail/beauty therapy. It involves interacting with customers, providing natural nail care services in a safe and hygienic manner. The course covers knowledge and techniques preparing client and work area for service, include Identifying contra-indications, design/choose appropriate colour and products, identify the different products and demonstrate understanding of nail science, performing manicure and pedicure treatments (include: express, standard, deluxe and paraffin treatment, as well as French painting) and providing aftercare and home care advice.
Duration
Total estimate including home study and assessment is 60 hours (depend on the level of competency). To graduate and receive your award certificate, you are required to complete all the course requirements within three months after commencement date of the course in accordance with the ABTA student policies and procedures.

Tuition Fees
Course is $600. Includes $100 deposit, non-refundable.
Plus you are required to purchase a Nail Kit from ABTA prior or on the course commencement date.
Payment total amount needs to be paid at least one week prior to commencement date. The fee above covers the cost for all module notes and use of all products, disposables in the academy.
