Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics - SHB20121
Our experienced educators get up close and personal with this intensive makeup training. You will learn the key aspects of applying beauty make-up and is directed at those looking to gain employment in the make-up industry as a qualified make-up artist.
Subjects covered during this course will include makeup techniques including application of foundation, concealer, camouflage. Contouring, shading and highlighting. Lip and eye techniques (include smokey eye, glamour eye, socket eye etc.) and colour therapy.
Occasion based make ups including bridal make-up, special occasion make-up, fashion print media make-up, photographic make-up and day, evening make-up.
Duration
You are required to attend all training classes, choose from either 5-days or 10-evenings. The training classes run regularly throughout the year, please check out the short course class timetable summary for more details on upcoming course dates. You will complete assignment for each unit at comfort of your own home, submit them in when they are completed. You will have assistance and support at all time, even on the weekends, you can contact the tutor by phone or email if you need help with your study.

Tuition Fees
Course is $4,500. Includes $500 deposit, non-refundable.

International Qualification
We train you with both national and international syllabus, so that your new skills and standards will allow you to sit for international examinations on beauty therapies and make-up artistry right after you have completed the training with us. This is exclusive to ABTA full time students only.
